Shipping & Tracking

Due to our reliance on Couriers for all regular shipments, we are unable to ship to a PO Box.  

 

In cases where the recipient cannot sign for the package at the delivery location, two options are available: either the package will be re-delivered as per the recipient's arrangement or it will be conveniently deposited at a nearby collection point. To prevent any potential delays, we recommend providing a shipping address where you are usually available, such as your workplace.

What if my order was received damaged or incomplete?

If you suspect that your merchandise has been damaged or has any defects, kindly reach out to our service team at info@thefittingfootwearco.com.au. In order to initiate your claim, you will be required to either present the product in person or provide photographs and detailed descriptions as evidence.

How long will it take to get my order?

Here at The Fitting Footwear Co., our primary goal is to expedite your order process. We strive to handle and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Business days encompass Monday through Friday, with the exception of any SA/national public holiday occurring on those specific days.

Upon shipment of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and information about the assigned courier.

Once the courier takes possession of your package, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane: 4-6 Business days

  • Adelaide: 1-3 Business days

  • Perth and Tasmania: 5-7 Business days

Please note that delivery to remote regional areas may require additional time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be promptly notified via email, which will also include a tracking number for your reference.
